So happy with my hello kitty pendant & chain. I absolutely adore it!
Bought this as a gift for friend, I ordered silver and was sent gold. Due to the timing of things, I didn’t have a chance to wait for the correct item to be sent for the mistake that happened (custom items take a lot of time to perfect).
I thought the gold was really pretty and hoped my friend would like it too even she wears silver majority of the time. I bought a longer chain for it as well cause the one sent (16in) looked it fit a child’s neck rather than an adults.
When I gave her the gift, she LOVED it so this was a positive mistake that happened. Thank you Koanga team for making my friend’s birthday! 🙂
The only thing I want to mention is to be mindful of what is ordered for custom items (sending gold when silver was ordered.) especially since they take a lot of time to make; not all customers would have a positive experience getting a mix up like that.
