All of our jewelry is covered by our 30-day Quality Warranty. This warranty entitles you to a free, one-time repair of your piece in the event that you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing issues. However, please note that this guarantee will be voided immediately if user damage is detected (e.g., water damage, accidental breakage, missing stones, etc.). Our team will repair the jewelry at no additional cost to you.

Once the 30-day guarantee has expired, a Repair Fee of $59 to $99 USD (depending on the piece) will be charged for all gold-plated jewelry. Please contact us for the repair fee for custom vermeil and moissanite jewelry. This service is applicable only to jewelry that can be repaired following an evaluation.If you purchase the jewelry protection plan, please use the plan without incurring any extra repair fees.

That's why we offer our jewelry protection plan to you. As long as you have the plan, we've got your jewelry covered and will take care of it
