SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. It usually takes about 2-5 business days to process the order. However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing time may be up to 10 business days. Once the package is shipped out, it normally takes 3-5 business days to receive domestic orders, this is based on USPS normal delivery time. Koanga has no control of USPS shipping time once the package has been shipped out.
During the peak season (Public Holidays) we can not guarantee the delivery time.
Orders with CUSTOM products are excluded from the standard shipping time frame and will take *2-3 weeks to prepare before shipment. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THESE ITEMS TAKE TIME TO MAKE.💕Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be changed, canceled nor returned.
Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country. KOANGA is not responsible for paying any customs fees associated with your package. If you refused your package upon arrival, $80 will be deducted from your refund. We will issue the refund after the package has been returned to Koanga center, which can take between 3 - 6 weeks.
For INTERNATIONAL orders usual delivery takes 5-15 business days depending on the country.
ENTERING CORRECT ADDRESSES IS THE CUSTOMERS' RESPONSIBILITY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
Koanga is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipment and delivery. We are not required to refund, re-send, or replace lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipment and delivery. You can purchase shipping insurance through Route on our Add to Cart page, who will be responsible for handling your insurance claim.
We offer shipping insurance through Route which you can select on the Add to Cart page. We recommend purchasing the shipping insurance for more valuable items.
